Privacy policy.
Last updated September 14, 2026
This policy explains what Ash Dental Studio collects when you use this page, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers this page only. Our main website and any third-party site we link to have their own policies.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you fill in the appointment request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, whether you are a new patient, how you found us, and anything you write in the message field — which may include a description of your symptoms or dental concern. If you call the number on this page, we collect your phone number and whatever you tell us on the call.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this page records standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, and the ad or link that brought you here. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not ask for payment details, insurance numbers, or medical records through this page.
Why we collect it
To contact you back and schedule an appointment, to answer your question, to keep a record of your request, and to understand which ads and pages bring patients to us so we can spend the practice's advertising budget sensibly.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else handles it
Running this page means a small number of service providers process data on our behalf: the website host, the customer relationship management system that receives form submissions, and analytics and advertising platforms including Google. Each is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.
This page embeds a Google Map. Loading it means Google receives your IP address and may set cookies, under Google's own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a patient or of our staff.
Advertising and analytics
We advertise through Google Ads. Google and similar platforms use cookies to measure which ads lead to a call or a form submission, and may show you our ads on other sites afterwards.
You can opt out of personalised Google advertising through Google's Ads Settings, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies will not stop you from using this page or from contacting us.
Health information
If you describe a dental problem in the form or on a call, treat that as sensitive. Once you become a patient of this practice, the health information we hold about you is protected under HIPAA and under California law, and is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide at your first visit.
An appointment request form is not a secure channel. Please do not send detailed medical history, images, or any other sensitive health information through it — tell us at your visit or over the phone instead.
Text messages
If you consent when submitting the form, we may text you about your appointment. Message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP. Consent to texts is not a condition of treatment.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests are kept as long as we need them to respond and to keep an accurate business record. Patient records are kept for the period California law requires. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the platforms we use.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, to delete, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share it. Exercising any of these rights will never change the care you receive.
To make a request, call or email us using the details below. We may need to verify who you are before we act on it.
Children
This page is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from a child through it. We do treat children as patients — a parent or guardian arranges those appointments.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
